Please read fully before booking. By booking your appointment you are agreeing to my policies. *Deposits are non-refundable * CANCELLATION POLICY 🩶All reschedules or cancellations of appointments must be at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment. 🩶Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of your service 🩶A downgrade in services less than 24hrs before your scheduled appointment will result in an cancellation fee of 50% of your original scheduled service (example: you were scheduled for a fill and change to a soak off) 🩶 No call/ no shows will result in a 100% cancellation fee and will be banned from booking again. 🩶Deposit can be moved to a new date twice if appointment is cancelled/rescheduled 24hrs before appointment time. A third reschedule will result in the loss of your deposit and require you to place a new one. 🩶Repeated last minute cancellations/reschedules may result in having to place a deposit for every appointment going forward at my discretion. 🩶All appointments have a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged a cancellation fee. 🩶I will work over another nail techs work, if the nails are INTACT. If you have a lot of lifting, please book a soak off with your service. If you show up and your nails are severely lifted, and you did not book a soak off, your appointment will be cancelled and you will lose your deposit. 🤍Please ensure you’re booking the correct services. If you do not book enough time for your service, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged a cancellation fee. OR if time permits, the service can go forward with no nail art. I do not perform ingrown nail services, or work over fungus. If these conditions are found, you will be referred to a doctor and your appointment will be cancelled.
